POLICIES

Appointments & cancellations

At Tranquillity Hair, your appointment is very important to us as it is reserved specifically for you. However, we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to minimize disruption for our team and other clients.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

  • No shows: Charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

  • If you make an appointment within the 24-hour period and need to cancel, please do so within 4 hours of your appointment time to avoid a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.

  • For multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Additionally, 50% of your multi-service booking may be charged at the time of booking.

We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. When you cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time slot, and clients on our waiting list miss out on receiving services. We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance to help remind you of your scheduled time.

This cancellation policy allows us to inform our standby clients of any openings and keep our schedule filled, which ultimately benefits everyone.

For all new clients requiring colour services, a skin test is mandatory at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are an existing colour client but haven’t had a colour service at Tranquillity Hair in the last 6 months, a skin test will also be required 48 hours before your appointment.

At Tranquillity Hair, we strive to ensure that all our clients leave satisfied with their experience. If you find yourself unhappy with your hair, service, or any aspect of your visit, please do not hesitate to reach out. You can speak to Kate, Ellisha, or Becky by visiting the salon, calling, or emailing us.

We encourage you to communicate any issues as soon as possible so we can work together to rectify them. We can discuss your concerns either over the phone or invite you back for a consultation in the salon. However, please note that if you’ve simply changed your mind about a service, a charge may apply.

We are committed to achieving 5-star customer service, and your feedback is essential in helping us uphold our standards.

Thank you for your understanding and support of our policies. We value you as a client.
