“I'm Karen, and I have 29 years of experience as a passionate hairdresser. I love building strong relationships with my clients and making them look and feel amazing. I'm a bubbly chatterbox who loves to find out all about you throughout your appointment.

I'm also our resident perm expert, so if you're after gorgeous body, movement or texture, I'm your girl.

I'm so proud to be part of such a talented team, where we have so much fun together every day. I've been married for 30 years and have three amazing children who I love to bits. Family is everything to me, and I love having them all round for food and games. On my days off you'll find me on a shopping trip or out on a walk, socialising with friends and family.”
