Ellisha our salon manager has started her journey with LOREAL to study The LOREAL colour specialist degree. It’s a good job she loves a train journey and can live off of minimal sleep, as she has to go to London once a week for 4 months to study, whilst continuing with her management roll, doing home studies and fitting in building a house, seeing her family and boyfriend and getting the gym in! Anyone else thinking SUPERWOMAN!!!

What is this……

This is the highest colour qualification in the hairdressing industry involving an intensive training programme and advanced practical and technical examinations. This is a degree that teaches you the science behind hair colour but also how to target and guarantee the best colour results.

In other News, we give a massive congratulations to Tara and Chloe our newly promoted Graduate Stylists. These two have been working incredibly hard over the last two and a half years developing into fabulous hairdressers.

TARA came to Tranquillity as a housekeeping assistant at the ages of 33. She was like our fairy mother with a spray in one hand and a cloth in the other she never stayed still. The salon was glimmering from top to bottom. As time went on Tara found a love towards hair and decided to become our next apprentice.

She is a very welcoming, kind, caring and outgoing individual with her own unique style. She strives to give an amazing customer experience so you leave feeling brand new and well pampered.

She gives an incredible head massage, voted salons best.

Tara’s passion is cutting hair. Whether you have a short Pixie Style, Classic Bob, Lob or beautiful long locks Taras your girl.

CHLOE, we were searching for a new apprentice and found Chloe from strode College and what gem we found.

Aged just 17 she was a very sweet, shy girl with a very calming nature. We fell in love with her from our first meeting and she become part of our team right away. Chloe was a born natural to hairdressing, she is bubbly blonde who lives a go with the flo life style. Always putting 110% into everything she does Chloe has sailed through her apprenticeship absorbing as much techniques and knowledge as possible. She loves learning from the team and has always been an amazing supporting assistant to our wonderful stylists.

Chloe loves colouring hair and has mastered the techniques of a balayage. As a blonde herself she has an eye for stunning blondes and getting the look you desire. If this sounds like you then you need to book a visit with Chloe.
